It’s time for the monthly update once again. We have finally brewed on our system! Here are a couple of pictures from the glorious day. We brewed a “White Ale” which is going be crazy crushable, just from the first samples off the fermenter. We will also be fruiting a portion of it.

With a relatively smooth first brew day we are leaning towards a soft opening sometime in April. Once we have 4 or 5 beers on tap that we are happy with and our tasting room is completed we will announce an official soft opening date. Cheers to good beers!
